Individual user access to UCM OS and DR

I need to grant access to the OS and DR webpages on UCM to individual users.  So far adding the users to group that look like they should provide this kind of access has not worked.  What am I missing?  Is there something additional that needs to be done?

There is no MLA for that, go to the role page and try to add a new one.

The drop-down menu shows which apps you can control with the roles from CCMadmin.

There is no version so i'll go with 7.1
