The 4400 series supports CME. Plenty of documentation on Cisco's site supporting this. Phone support is based on the IOS you load. As far as the ones you mentioned, you will have to look at the docs. Research and understanding how to find that information is key.

I can tell you now, the EX60 isn't going to work on a CME, that is a telepresence device. Please keep in mind that CME and a SIP version of CME using device register pools and the such are different and thus different phones may be supported between the two. CME is raw SCCP.
