Insert caller name in CUBE sip profile

I would like to send a caller name to my SIP provider.  How do I insert a name in the From header?

I saw that post, but the example only shows how to remove the display name, not to add one when there isn't one there.

To My understanding yo can send the Caller ID information in below headers in SIP message.

P-Asserted-Identity (PAI),

P-Preferred-Identity (PPI)

Remote-Party-ID (RPID)

From:

You would like to add the information to From header, what are you getting now.

Is is Black \ Anonymous

I currently have no Caller name listed in the From.  I'd like to add "My Company Name".  Do you know what the commands are for that?
