Insufficient numbers of licenses

Hi ALL,

Recently we want to setup new branch office, we need to configure CUCM in order to use prefix call to branch <-> HQ. Due to insufficient of CUCM license, we can’t make any configuration on CUCM. Any alternative way to allow do configuration first or obtain trial license before getting the additional license?

Open a case with GLO - you can just email licensing@cisco.com and obtain temporary license till you work out and buy new licenses.

You need to upload licenses and bring the system back in compliance to proceed.
