Integraction CUCM 7 vs Mitel

CUCM 7 vs Mitel integration
I am implementing a help desk service between CUCM 7 with  IPCC vs Mitel IP, the problem is that income is random calls at certain times is successful communication between the agent cisco with Mitel, plant logs attached Mitel, and other times not.

Mitel is suggesting that because the codec sends CUCM G711u, Mitel is adapted to the codec and for this reason is that we resent the codec, but when I got it on the phone cisco dedibo cutting occurs to incompatible codecs .

But when the call is successful, Mitel phone sends the cisco 3 codec and this codec G729 choose, and at this moment the call is established.

From what I understand Cisco G711u sent to indicate the transfer of the Mitel call cisco agent.
