Integrating Callmanager 4.2.3 with CUE 2.3

I have a Call Manager 4.2 at the head quarter and 2851 SRST router at the remote site with a CUE. Customer want to use the CUE at remote site to be used for the Vmail.

How is the integration should be done between CCM and CUE.
