Currently trying to integrate a newly installed CMS, (TMS) and Expressways C and E into the existing environment where Jabber, Lync and S4B clients exist. A migration to 0365 is currently underway therefore a hybrid O365 deployment.
CUCM and LYNC exist within the same domain and we're trying to avoid changing the domain for Jabber Clients as, by doing so it will break the Exchange integration. Can you advise:
1. If it’s possible to use the ‘alternate name’ field within the Jabber configuration
OR
3. Any other options are available.
