Hello Folks,
My company wants to integrate a 3rd party solution called Resolver with the CUCM 11.5 database/system in order to get the customer ANI and Device line description. I have checked the CUCM documentation (see links below) and I've seen that the integration can be done by AXL but I didn't find which fields are located the Phone Extension and Device Description. Does anyone do it something like this or have this info?
