Inter digit timeout on 7841

Is there a different setting to control the inter digit timeout when calling when the handset is off-hook and when it is on-hook?

If so what is the setting for each?

What RP you use ? a single RP for all calling  ?

When calling On hook its will be enbloc(if below parameter is enabled on 78XX phone page), the numbers will be send in a block. but when calling off hook, it send digit by digit and it waits T302 timer. Default value is 15 seconds you can reduce it if needed.
