Hi all,
My company is trying to configure intercom to work between an on-prem 8851 phone and an off-prep 8851 phone registered through MRA/Expressways.
The off-prep MRA 8851 is able to successfully intercom to the on-prem 8851 and two-way audio is possible once the on-prem 8851 accepts the intercom request. However, when the on-prem 8851 tries to intercom to the off-prep MRA 8851, a message is heard immediately saying "this call cannot be completed as dialed" and a 404 not found error is seen in log.
Has anyone been able to make this work or have any ideas to try?

Hi,
As per Cisco Expressway Release Note (X8.11.4), the intercom support is available over MRA for IP Phones that support this feature. I hope you are using Expressway Release X8.11.4 or later. Also, please make sure you have configured correct Partition (including Directory URI Partition) and CSS for Intercom feature.

It looks like dial plan routing issue.
Pls check through Dialed Number Analyzer service OR you can trace the call flow on RTMT if it's SIP.
