Hi All,
Call Manger 8.5
Setting up Intercom for Manger / Secretary - Cisco 7962 – Using phone button template to set line key 6 as intercom. intercom working fine but when intercom session is initiated display on phones is as follows:
Phone 1 : Intercom to David to 1000
Phone 2 : Intercom from Claire from 1001.
Is there any way to remove call information from both handsets. The intercom line key negates the need for information to be displayed on user’s phone who is making intercom call.
