Intermittent Disconnections with Jabber via Expressway

Hello ,

I am experiencing an issue with the Jabber application connected through Expressway. There are random disconnections occurring, and I notice the error in the Show connection status output. It briefly shows 'Not Connected' and then   back to 'Connected automatically'

The CUCM version is 14.0.1.13900-155.

The version of expressway X14.3.6 .

Are your Expressway C added in CM in FQDN format? If not go into the menu for Expressway C in CM under Devices and make a copy of the existing C’s or edit the current C items and then do a refresh of CMs in Expressway C. That will add them back into CM with host name, but will not touch the once you set FQDN on.

Our Expressway C is already configured in FQDN format in the CUCM . Do you have any other suggestions to resolve the disconnection issues we're experiencing?

In another post it was suggested that it helped to turn off STUN keepalives in Expressway.
