Dears,
I have configured "No Answer Ring Duration" with 15sec however the internal calls keep ringing for ever unless the caller end the call or I transfer it to voice mail.
please advise why the ring duration is not applied

hi,
is this also not working for the internal calls, what value you have on the service parameter for the callmanager same feature.
if this not working for internal phone reset of the phone, check again and open a TAC case.
