it seems that every now and then faxes sent to other internal faxes do not go through. both ATA can ping each other and can see no loss of connectivity. Where do I start troubleshooting this?
I am actually having a similar problem. I can hear the handshake and then the fax dies. I get nothing on the other side. Sometimes it will be blank pages. Any thoughts?
