international calls restrictions on CME 10.5

Dears,

i have a CME 10.5 with 4-FXO ports and SIP phones i want to restrict all international calls with a 'PIN' .. so only people knows that PIN will be able to dial Int-calls 

note: all calls routed thru the 4-FXO ports

you can apply the COR_LIST that you will achieve you requirement. Users you have access to International only they would be able to dial out International call rest will not.
