I am not certain about the purpose of remove the all attribute but somehow i manage to get the exact output which you are looking.
Here is the tool which you test find out the result by yourself in future.

Brother,
I'm facing problem in our network, no voice on two way. So contact with ITSP they said due to these paramete no voice so remove these parameters.
