IOS and CCME upgrade

I have a new 3825 router and has IOS Version 12.4(13r)T and CCME 3.3

I want to upgrade to CCME 4.1 and the last IOS version.

How can I do it? Is it possible to do it by the USB ports ?

Hola sarenos,

The IOS you indicate does not exist, more likely you have 12.4(3). Upgrade with USB is perfectly possible, just copy the IOS image onto the stick from another router or PC. If you use GUI copy that as well.
