Hi! We really need to adjust IP Communicator for further usage with Cisco CallManager in internet based upon SCCP. Firewall provides an access via 69,2000,6970 ports. IP Communicator is sucessfully registered and signalling is present but voice communication is sometimes present, sometimes no, i.e. very often there's just silence in the receiver.

If your voice streams are going through the Firewall as well as the signalling, you'll need the firewall to allow UDP 16384-32768 for the RTP voice streams.

IAE i added range of UDP 16384-32768, but there was no results - silence in handset.
