IP Communicator display time on CUCME

I have an issue with the correct time being displayed on CIPC. There are 2 configured in the system and they both are exactly 4 hours fast. No other phone has this issue. The router has the correct time, NTP is accessible and working and the time zone is configured under telephony services so I am all out of ideas! Can anyone think of anything?

Thanks

Create an ephone template and specify the phone type.

Apply that template to the ephone configurations with the time issue.

Reset the phones.

That should fix the problem.

The phone type is defined on the ephone but I will try it with CIPC in the ephone template and reset. Thanks for the reply

Hi ,  How to creat a ephone template?

Can you please expain this on steps Thanks

Create the template:

CUCME(config)#ephone-template  1  <---Doesn't have to be 1

CUCME(config-ephone-template)#type CIPC  <---Phone type, CIPC is for Cisco IP Communicator

Then on your phones:

CUCME(config)#ephone 1

CUCME(config-ephone)#ephone-template 1  <--This needs to match the number used above.

Then reset the phone.

That didn't work defining the type under the template vs the type on the actual ephone. Thanks for the suggestion though. Any other ideas anyone?
