IP Communicator no incoming voice audio

Hi Experts,

I am using 8.6.6.0 Cisco IP Communicator.

External calls from outside when I answer them lets say my cellphone calls the IP Com. The external person can hear me but I can not hear them.

When I check the RX TX I can see RX is not picking up.

If I call them back we can talk normally no problems.

Environment:

IP Communicator has same IP as my Laptop which is different from my voice vlan IP subnet.

I am on the network of the CUCM.

VPN has same issue CISCO ANYCONNECT VPN.

Any questions please ask.

I am semi new to this but do understand enough about voice specially BE6000 11.5 cucm.

Hi Chris,

Do you have any firewalls in the RTP path ? If so, its worth checking whether it's modifying the RTP ports in one direction where you are facing the issue.

You could confirm whether the streaming is between the right IP/ports, you could get a wireshark capture from the machine where IP communicator is installed and decode the RTP streams.
