I was wondering if anyone had any documentation on getting this configured. I have Cisco AnyConnect VPN setup on my ASA and right now we have it setup to allow RDP access to our machines. I'd love to be able to set it up so when I am connected via VPN I can open up CIPC and take calls too from my laptop.
Well, there is really nothing you should do on ASA for that if VPN is configured properly, unless your firewall is blocking required ports, such as SCCP port 2000 for phone registration to CUCMs, TFTP port, RTP UDP ports 16384 - 32768.
