IP dialing from Cisco 7975G IP phone

Hi,

We have international dialing facility on our CTS but for this we have to use CLI of CTS for special characters like # , @ and IP dialing facility (X.X.X.X) is not available on IP Phone 7975 interface. Is there any possibility to achieve the IP dialing facility directly on IP phone?

CUCM Version:                 9.1.2.12901-3

Cisco 7975 IP Phone Version:

No, I have added another IP phone model # 9971. That phone has special character keys listed on keypad 1. But i am unable to use them. Any idea?

Do you mean that you need URI dialing from the phone? This is supported on CUCM.

Yes, i need to dial IPs and email look alike addresses from the Ip Phones. My CUCM version is 9.1.2.12901-3
