IP FAX Question

Our customer would like to use ip fax function on voice gateway , as i know this function must need other components for assistance  for example unity unity connection and cisco fax server , but i have found technical document from cisco no need unity or fax server,  it just need smtp server and voice gateway support T.37 protocol within dsp card , it's really ??

Yes that is correct.

However this basic service level, with just  TIFF attachment in email, is not satisying for many customers.

thank you for your support , but  I have another query for it , when the customer using the analog line for fxo so one pstn number just support one Email ??  in other words  the 10 people want to use ip fax it need 10 fxo for it  /??
