IP Phone 6921(sccp 9.3.3.2) Automatically Unregistered after connecting new one

Dear Friends,

I am facing a strange issue, whenever i connect new IP phone (6921) all existing registered phones immediately unregisters. And stays unregister until manually reset & restart all phones.Kindly, requesting to help me on this.

I've a kind of similar issue with same load file. Whenever the PC connected with the PC Port of the phone (6941) is turned on or off the phone goes unregistered. It comes up when the network cable of the phone is disconnected and connected back to the phone.

Any idea?

Dear Shan,

I had open a TAC case for IPT & Network, could'nt spot the issue.But as a workaround we created the smaller broadcast domains for IP IPhones Subnet(like floor, Mangers etc).Hope, this solves your issue.
