my router telephony server support this phone. however, i am having an issue that the phone does not get ip. I am not sure about the phone itself but I see it power up when i plug it to the switch.
I have configure the interface as access 191 and voice 99, trunking to core, vlans is allowed in trunking. in the core, i have configured dhcp as below:
ip dhcp pool vlan99
network 10.33.99.0 255.255.255.0
default-router 10.33.99.1
option 150 ip 10.33.99.2
99.2 is the router interface. but my understaing is it must get ip first. there is no security in the ports, cdp is enabled and i can see the phone mac, switch can ping 99.2 or 1. dhcp spoofing, logs, dhcp requests not showing.
is there a way to force the phone to get ip? im working remoty btw.
