Hello everyone!!
I'm working with few phones model 7861 and I need to configure one IP phone with two extensions. I noticed that the second line does not appear, even after making a call from it.
i.e IP phone 7861
- Line 1 - extension 6021
- Line 2 - extension 6010
The Ip phone always shows up Line 1, is there any way to make Line 2 become "primary Line" on this phone?
