I have Cisco 7911 IP phones that work internally, but I have other phones with the same model that can't pull their configuration file. What's the solution?

A few questions: What CUCM version (or CME) are you working with? When you say you 'can't pull their configuration file', what specifically are you attempting to do? Also, if I am reading your post right it seems you can pull the configuration file for one 7911 but not other? Or am I misunderstanding that?

First of all, thank you for your response. Indeed, as you explained, this is my problem. It actually works for me with the same model, but I also have more phones with the same model and they do not respond to the profile or cannot pull it.

Is the phone pulling an IP address? If so, what do you see in the phone logs?
Is it authenticating on the network?
