Hi Guys,
My Customer have the CUCM 8.6.2.22900-9 and perceived the following problem with IP Phone 7940: In the ring tones options, when to do test until position 29 it´s Ok, after then appear the message error: TFTP write error: file missing...
Any have idea about this?
The firmware in use is: P0030801SR02

Probably not all the ringtones meet the requirements. You should probably chech that all of them meet the specifications listed below:

Thanks a lot for your contact. I read the documentation that You send for me, but, I don´t understand as verify the requirement. For example, as I saw the ring size
•Maximum ring size—16080 samples
•Minimum ring size—240 samples
As I saw the size the ring tone that was did upload in CUCM?
