     my 7961 error during upgrading the firmware I tried to set factory default but the problem still occured. anyone experience this problem please, share

We need more details.  What version is on there currently?  What version are you upgrading to?

There are specific versions that require a step upgrade, due to changing some things in the certificates.  You can check the release notes for more details on this.
