IP phone 8811 "Telephony Service Unavailable"

Hello Dears,

 

I have CME Version 12.0. All phones register without issues except one 8811 sip phone, it was working fine. After that i move it to another office it stopped working and show message "Telephony Service Unavailable".

If the phone isn't in the same cme subnet, you need to enable authentice
register and assign username/pass to voice pool. Other than that share
debug ccsip mess

I'll get the logs and attache them here.

you can try

 

under your voice register global add

 

authenticate realm all

 

 

 

 

 

unfortunately, that didn't work also.

Enable the following and collect the logs post a phone reset -

debug ccsip message
debug ccsip non-call
debug ccsip error
debug voice register events
debug voice register error
