New Here! I have an issue with only our 8861 IP Phones when calling another extension and/or external number you can hear them, but they temporally can not hear you. (about 5-seconds) I have reached out to our network consultant who mentioned that our QoS is configured correctly on our switches. I have also upgraded the firmware to sip88xx.12-8-1-0201-486. But are still having issues with phone calls having break-up issues on the 8861s. It happens at random times of the day and is getting more common. We have other model phones in our organization that do not have this issue. Has anyone experienced this before? Or do you have any recommendations of what I can do to figure out what is causing this issue? Thanks!
