IP Phone 8865-3PCC works with CUCM 10.5.2?

Hi, we are trying to register an IP Phone model CP-8865-3PCC with  CUCM 10.5.2, we are able to select it from the list, but the phone does not try to register. It keeps on the initial mode.

Hi

This 8865 phone is running 3PCC (MPP) firmware and NOT enterprise. 

You need to convert it from MPP to Enterprise, please take a look at upgrade.cisco.com.

You can register it to CUCM using a Third Party SIP Device on CUCM, but you'll lose some of the core 8865 features. It will only have basic functionality.
