Hi Guys,
Somebody know told me if there are any type of configuration in the CCM to do, to that the IP Phone can to attend automatic call without that need the people take off-hook?

Hi Wilson,
You can set Auto Answer "On" (Speakerphone or Headset) This setting is under;
Device> Phone> Directory Number Config
