IP Phone cannot either make a call or receive a call

Hi All,

 

I just want to ask what could be the possible issue with our IP Phone. It is all of a sudden cannot make a call and cannot receive a call. when dialing, it is always on busy tone. nothing changes in the configuration. Sadly, the one handling the VOIP network already left our company. If you can suggest what to do please. It is using CCME based on the configuration. Thank you.

Hello,

 

Can you check if the phone is still registered at the CCME? Are the rest of your phones operational?

You may type the command:  "show ephone registered" and check the status.
