IP phone conferencing problem

Dear Expert,

We are facing problem on call conferencing.

When we add 2nd call through an IP phone and press the conference button then the all devices are disconnected instantly.

Please help me to resolve this issue.

Check if the Conference Bridges are registered or not.

Hi Deepak,

We could conferencing after fresh installation where we did not configure conference bridges, but now we could not. Is it mandatory to configure conference bridge. if yes please tell me the steps.

It looks like that you do not want to put in any efforts to find the reason for the issue you are facing there. Software Conference Bridges are created automatically once the IPVMS service is started  and since you are saying it used to work post fresh installation hence check the status  if they are still registered or not. There is no specific need to create HW conf bridges unless you need to do conference for codec other than G711 in a call
