IP Phone DTMF issue - DTMF numbers repeat

Hello All,

I have users reporting an issue whereby when they dial into a conference bridge from there Cisco IP 7945 Phones, the call connects fine but when they enter the passcode to join the bridge, the numbers on the keypad which they are pressing seem to be registering multiple times.  For example, they would call the bridge, get prompted to enter a passcode to join the bridge by pressing  "12345", the automated system would inform them that passcode they entered is wrong and state they entered "1222333445".  I have a hunch that this is DTMF related but I'm not sure where to check in the router configuration to address this issue.

Any help you can provide would be much appreciated.

Thank you,

Adil

Hello Adil,

What is the call-fllow? where is the conference bridge configured? From where is the user is dialing out pressing Digit ie passcode to enter into the conference? what is the DTMF method you are using across your network OOB or IB?

a little explanation would help us to understand the issue.

Did you collected any debug ,since i am sure what is the call-flow topology and protocol being used yet.
