IP Phone initial announcement for reception phone

Hi, 

Please support my request

1. If reception IP phone is busy, immediately calling party hear announcement (like press 1 for finance & 2 for HR) and press the number to connect the call to end user phone

our environment is:

1. Call manager 11.0 and 150 IP phones 

2. ISTN & SIP trunk

You would need to use Cisco Unity Connection to achieve this. Do you have Unity connection server?

You have to configure the Call Handler in CUC for the same. When the reception is busy set Call Forward Busy to Voicemail. In Unity, connection configure to route that call to Call Handler Greeting.

You need to study about call Handler. Please start with below resources

Yes, We have unity server......

Can you share to me how to configure this setup?
