Please , I have installed cucm 10 , and i insert ip phone into by using BAT, my worry is about how can i change the language of ip phone??

You can do that via BAT, exactly what problem are you having?

You can download the locale files from CCO and upload it via the OS admin.

Have you uploaded Locale to Call Manager after the installations. May i know what language you want to enable on the phone. If you already Uploaded Locale you need to change on phone page and end user page of the user.

I just installed cucm version 10, and I insert ip phones by using BAT, they are properly registered, now i need to change the language of ip phone to french.

when i try to create user with user locale ,i have english, United States only.

how can i upload locale ???

You're going to want the full CUCM Locale Installer. There is nice discussion on the differences in this Cisco Dockwiki;

You didn't mention your exact 10.x CUCM version, but if it were 10.5.2 for example the file would be;

cm-locale-fr_FR-10.5.2.2000-1.cop.sgn
