IP Phone + LSC + 802.1X

We need to activate LSC for all Phones to do Authorization with 802.1X (ISE).
We do not need it for other function only for 802.1X

1. When we activate the CAPF service and install LSC on every Phone, can we get in trouble with other function(Device Sec Profile is set to Non-Secure)?

2. When the LSC expire and the switchport isn´t configured to use 801.X, get the phone a valid config from TFTP(Device Sec Profile is set to Non-Secure)?

No, that won't affect anything if you're using the devices in non-secure mode
