We are facing issue with Cisco IP Phone 7821 model....
CME 10.5 version we are using ..IP Phone is not registering ...when we go to the setting its ask us for credentials to check the settings ..where we are trying to check IP address parameters.
one of phone registed with the CME but when we dial the number not ble to here the rining tone & when the receiver receives the call...he is not able to here us ...but we are able to here him...
to over come this issue we tried to reconfigure but its stuck on Registering...
