HI Kailash,

Please use the below link,

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucme/troubleshooting/guide/ts_phreg.pdf

Also make sure to follow th below tips.

-Make sure to have the compatiable phone loads.

-Should have enough ephone dn and numbers.

-Please cross check the exact MAC id entered in the CME for these phones.

-Please do not overlap any ephone, ephone-dn or buttons.

-Do a factory reset of the phones and try once again

Hope it helps.

Hi

You aare using "no auto-reg-ephone " under telephony service confguration. It means you will have to add the phones manaually.

Do following configuration.

ephone x

mac address "ip phone Mac address"

reset

Hi Kailash,

Are these phones are the same model? Is ther any reason that you are using the comand "cnf-file perphone" as it generates a separate configuration file for each phone. Instead you can use "cnf-file perphonetype" it generates a

configuration file for each type of phone and then use the command "create-cnf" .

Also if the above doesn't work , let us know if the Phone is getting the IP from the DHCP .

Regards,

Abdul
