i have IP phone showing verify your network connection and won't work , when i enter static IP, it works ,in DHCP server i have two IP scope one of them is complete the other have valid IP . is this require any thing in CUCM
If the device is already configured in CUCM, or your CUCM is configured for auto-registration, that's it.
I'd make sure your DHCP has all the required parameters and that the device does get all the required network configuration to reach out to CUCM.
this is new phone has'not been configured and dhcp server has all two scope but the phone won't take IP unless I assgin static IP for it

In the Status Messages on the phone, does it show DHCP Timeout or TFTP Timeout?
