Hi,
I have 6 ip phones and one extension 7100. My problem is as follows. Could anyone know what feature is suitable for the following condition ?
If some customer call in 3050 7100, the 6 ip phones will ring at the same time. Then one of the ip phone answer the call. If another call in 30507100 again, the 6 ip phones will be notified call waiting. Then the other one can answer the call. As a result, we can answer 4 incoming calls at the same time.
Thanks in advance

A hunt pilot/list/group won't offer additional calls to a phone already on a hunt-delivered call (e.g. no call waiting). The easiest way to accomplish this is to just share the 7100 DN across all six phones. Set the busy trigger to four (4) on all of the line appearences.

Hi Leung,
Yes, this is the proper config my friend +5 to both Jonathan and Dass for their
great tips here!
As you have discovered, you can only Call Forward "Primary" Lines (Line 1) via
the IP phones. This is covered in the following Bug/Enhancement;
Description
A user cannot not forward non-primary line appearances from the phone

Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CallManager)

There is a third party product that will do what you want
IPPhone callForwarder
This new version brings to the user the ability of defining and setting the call forwards from the IP Phone. When selecting the IP Phone callForwarder service, a menu with all available lines will appear. After selecting the line the user wishes to set the forward on, a new menu containing the forward definitions will show on screen. Only those forwarding parameters definied by the Administrator will be displayed. These parameters will show the actual forward destination. The user can then set any of these callForwards.

Hi Leung,
You can configure Hunt group for this scenario and in the line group you can select for Broadcast. This will make all the phones ring and whoever is available can pick up the call.
For more detail on the Hunt Group Configuration you can follow the below link

Thanks all of your information,
Can I know whether the following setting is correct ?
Phone 1, line 2 - 7100
Phone 2, line 2 - 7100
Phone 3, line 2 - 7100
Phone 4, line 2 - 7100
Phone 5, line 2 - 7100
Phone 6, line 2 - 7100
(Max Call = 6 and Busy Trigger = 4)
By the way, How can I activate the CFwAll in the line 2 as they are grey in key. The line 1 of Phone 1-6 are the individual DN of each phone.
Thanks

Thanks all,
I config the following in DN 7100 of each IP phone. Then, the customer accept the share line after testing.
(Max Call = 6 and Busy Trigger = 6)
Cheers
