We have an IPT implementation at one manufacturing company, where people
can not hear the phone if it's ringing due to the high enviromental
noise (big manufacturing machines are around).
Any idea how we can set up and connect to the phone an external flash
light (the linght should flash if the phone rings)? Or any other idea
maybe?

It is not easy as it seems, basically because nowadays is hard to find someone willing to take apart a cisco phone to hook up the necessary circuitry.
A working alternative is the following: in the router, install an FXS port and configure for SCCP service. Wire to location and connect a commercially available external ringer. Configure phone and port as shared line in CM or CME.

Hm, but what if I have 15 IP phones?
There would be too many FXS ports, to much money:)
What do you think about this solution: connect analog phone, with some external ringer, to ATA and configure shared line with IP phone?
Now, my customer have digital phones with external ringer.

Yes, as the ATA is cheaper than a FXS port.
