Hi
we have a problem in registering our IP Phone in Cisco Unified CM Administration System version: 8.6.1.20000-1.
our phone details are:
IP: 192.168.100.4
MAC: 34BDC82DE460
HOST: SEP34BDC82DE60
ROUTER: 192.168.100.1
Section Unified CM1
HOST NAME: hp-cucm-pub
T__FTP: 0.0.0.0 <= unconfigured
we tried to register with both autoregistration enabled and disable but it is not registered.It is showing the IP address Correctly.
but the status is unregistered.
can any one help this out?

Hi Hari,
Is this the fresh installation?
if yes, please check Call manager/tftp service is running or not.

Check the DHCP Pool (Scope) for option 150 which will need to have the CUCM IP address.
Verify the TFTP service on CUCM.
Check if the phone has a ITL file (Settings>Security Configuration>Trust List>CTL) from a previous registration. If it does, remove it (**# to unlock the phone)
