I configured srst router and call manager srst click then ı choose in device pool srst mode but when ı disconnect to router to call manager all of phone mode unregistered

Once you assign the SRST ref on cucm in the dev pool of these phones please verify the srst config on router as per the following

can you check if the following is configured correctly on CUCM srst config

•SIP Network/IP Address—The SIP network/IP address applies for SIP SRST. This address notifies the phone that is running SIP where to send SIP Register message for SIP SRST.

•SIP Port—SIP port of the SRST gateway. Default specifies 5060.

Can you share screenshot of the srst config on cucm? And under 'Voice register global' change the mode to 'mode srst' , its set to default which is okay but better to set it explicitly to srst.

The CME/SRST feature is accessible only once the uck9 technology-package license has been accepted and the router has been reloaded. The license that is installed on your router is one of the Smart licenses and i am not sure if this will work. Did SRST ever work on this router with this license? If not, then you may check with TAC. BTW i requested for screenshot from cucm to verify if the correct IP addr of the interfaces defined on router are mapped on cucm srst config.
