hmm...
i have one question.
we use CUCM 7.1.2
calling from ip phone(A) to ip phone(B) (Local)
If Phone B not answer(don't pick up) continue Ringing then, we will listen busy tone.
my customer want to listen other ment ex) music or anything.
(we didnt use voice mail.)
we can adjust this?
somebody help me~

forwarding no answer is not solution.
that point is play ment.
ex) im so sorry im very busy or blublu~
CUCM upload WAV file and we can use Instead of busy tone.

ah ,,, you sould use Unity or TCL script on gateways.
