IP Phone URL directory don't refresh correctly after a callmanager rollback

Hi,

we have experienced the following situation. We have perform a callmanager upgrade from 4.2 to 8.5.1. We had to perform a rollback because we have found a problem after migration. Our surprise has been that certain phone types (7942,7911 & 7912) don't refresh URL configuration correctly. We have seen that if we perform a erase configuration in the phone, the phone works fine again.

Does anybody experience this situation?

Is there any action that we can perform remotly to avoid erase configuration?
