Hello. We are constantly having to replace the handset cords on our phones. They get tangled and knotted up way more often then they should. I know it is the user, but if there were no cord, this wouldn't be an issue. I think it would be a great idea to have a cordless handset (bluetooth) on new phones. The handset can easily fit a battery. Two small contact points in the phone base and the handset can keep it charged when on hook. I am sure I am not the first person to think of this. Personally I would purchase a "cordless" phone over a corded.
Thanks!

You need to submit product enhancement requests through your Cisco AM. The support forums are not monitored by product managers.
One possible workaround is the Jabra DECT handset that will appear to the phone as a USB headset.
