IP Phones for Very Small Businesses

Are IP phones a bit "overkill" for a business of between 5 and 10 employees working on a single site?

Hi Mike,

It depends upon a lot of factors...

1. Features your business requires..

2. Your enterprise IPT network and frequency of calling to your enterprise sites

If you require basic calling features and very mininal calling to your other offices, then yes, it's an overkill and not required.
